Weather & Studio Closure Policy

At Prestige Arts, the safety of our dancers, families, and staff is always our top priority. If we need to close the studio due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, please know that every decision is made with our families' safety and well-being in mind.

Studio closure notifications will be communicated through our usual communication channels, including email, the parent portal, and social media when applicable.

Please Note:
 

  • Refunds or account credits are not issued for classes missed due to weather-related or emergency studio closures.

​

  • Our goal is to provide a make-up class whenever reasonably possible; however, make-up classes are not guaranteed.

​

  • You may make up a class in another genre at the same level next week.

​

  • Scheduled studio closures for holidays and breaks are published on our studio calendar and website. These closures are built into our annual schedule and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up classes.
