All of our Acro classes are focused on dance acro—meaning students will learn skills that enhance their dance performance and choreography. These are not gymnastics classes.
INTRO TO ACRO
This beginner-level class focuses on building strength, foundational skills, and basic acro technique for dancers.

KINDER ACRO
Dancers should ideally have a basic cartwheel, a backbend kickover from a mat, and be able to hold a handstand on their own. We’ll also focus on flexibility, including working toward splits.
LEVEL 1
This class builds on the foundation from Kinder Acro and is the base for all future acro skills. Dancers will work on back handsprings, side aerials, round-offs, walkovers, handstands, and continue developing strength and flexibility.
LEVEL 2
Dancers should ideally have a solid back handspring and a basic aerial. This level focuses on building tumbling strength and advancing aerial skills. Placement may also be based on a coach’s recommendation for those ready to progress developmentally.
LEVEL 3/4
This advanced class is for dancers ready to level up their skills, strength, and flexibility. Dancers will begin connecting multiple tricks and working on more complex acro combinations.
