CLASS WITHDRAWAL & AUTOPAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Prestige Arts requires WRITTEN NOTICE to withdraw a student from any class or program.
To withdraw from classes, a Class Withdrawal Form must be completed. Forms are available at the front desk or may be requested by emailing the studio. Forms must be dropped in the black payment box at the studio next to the front desk.

A minimum of 10 days' written notice is required prior to the next scheduled AutoPay date.

Withdrawal requests are processed at the end of the current month.

Tuition and fees remain the responsibility of the account holder until the withdrawal form has been received and processed.

Simply not attending classes, notifying an instructor, or verbally informing staff does not constitute withdrawal.

AutoPay will remain active until the withdrawal has been processed. If a withdrawal form is submitted fewer than 10 days before the next AutoPay date, the upcoming payment may still be processed, and the withdrawal will become effective at the end of that billing period.

Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before an account can be closed.
